RoughRider666 47
Whatever happened to that? I thought Izzy was considering one for export here to the states about about the time the 5.45 came out? They sure hushed that up pretty good. I'd buy a 54R Saiga over the 308 in a heartbeat! schultze13 354
Well alantic firearms said a couple months ago they are trying to get the VEPR imported in 7.62X39,5.45X39,.7.62X51(308) and 7.62X54R so far the 7.62X39 is in and waiting on the others. And I have heard no word on the Saigas bring in a 7.62X54R.

L5K 162
Is it too much to hope for a slightly different SVD that would be easy to convert back?
datrowl 111
Saiga SVD.... being a public forum, I just won't tell you how happy that would make me... but I'd likely need a tissue or twelve
ktcm7271 999
I've been eye balling one of these. I would rather have a Saiga, though. http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/storeproduct886.aspx

I heard the Saiga 100 series was no longer being imported and I've never even seen one in person in all my outings.
