Bean.223 365 Posted September 6, 2011 Report Share Posted September 6, 2011 A few weeks ago my Wife gets a Phone call from the CDC asking if she would participate in a national survey about our Children's immunizations history. My Wife most likely wearing her "Right Wing Extremist" T-shirt told them no thank you. Well today we get a letter in the mail from the Department of Health & Human Services WITH A FIVE DOLLAR BILL in it asking if we would call them and complete the survey. THEN in return for our participation they would send us ANOTHER ten dollars.....WTF isnt our Government BROKE!!! I wonder why... 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Yes, cash money, that's probably what really is disturbing me most about this. I'm wondering if it's not a scam in some way.
