Lone Eagle 839
I was cruising the Izhmash site, and stumbled on this little gem: http://www.izhmash-arms.ru/eim/imp/191.html .22LR chambered Saiga. Also offered with traditional wood (Saiga 22 version 04). I'd almost trade my AR for that beast.

sccritterkiller 473
If that gets released along w the saiga-9 im gonna be real confused! No confusion at all. I will take two of each!
cguiro 29
I would jump on that. i would love that and a 9mm saiga even though i dont own any other 9mm.. but both of these guns would be great
LuPiN8oR 333
I would go buy a 9mm handgun if the saiga-9 comes out, and also sbr it. Lol.
mancat 2,368
Well good luck.. Every import attempt to get these seems to have fallen through. Based on earlier gawking that I did, it also appears that the Saiga .22LR uses the third axis pin for something, which would make the gun un-importable without modifying the production line to a two-hole receiver. I personally regret not grabbing a WASR-22. Edited June 8, 2013 by mancat
LuPiN8oR 333
Not to sound like a tard, but why would a 3rd axis pin render it unimportable?
romad7 75
Not to sound like a tard, but why would a 3rd axis pin render it unimportable? That makes it capable of recieving parts for full auto. Seems that the ATF considers it a full auto gun with those extra holes.
LuPiN8oR 333
Ah ok. Thanks for the briefing. Interesting fact. Strikes me as odd tho lol.
