I feel for you brother. I have nothing of that nature keeping me here should I decide to leave. Being stuck in NY or another state like that would be my worst nightmare. I love some personal freedom and low taxes and will go wherever to have those basic conditions. Well, as soon as you can defect you might be ready to jump before they make the punishment for leaving even worse.

Decided I needed an MP5A3. Picked up a PTR 9ct, US made MP5 clone and SBRed it. Took only 16 business days with Form 1 E File. Added an all steel used German A3 stock from 1980. Roller locks are sweet to shoot! Doug

The migration of NY libs ect. has slowed here in Florida and now the Midwest surge of boomers are coming in groves. Because of that the next election will not be so tight. Sorry about NY YOT but you can move them all down here to the Gun Shine state and life will be great.. (Just remember My first rule in investigating: You can fine all the things that look like foot prints of Big Foot but unless you find its crap you have nothing) Its the difference between hypothesis and reality) Time to move my friend and come into reality.

More and more ppl are fleeing this Godforsaken State than ever before, and for good reasons. King Andy has just announced his plan on a forth run for Governor. I too will sell off my property someday and leave, but as of now both I and my wife have family obligations to consider. Both of our elderly mothers are dependent on us, and they will not consider a big move like that.
