I have the H&R Pardner Pump and it's solid, but I also agree with Darth to not go cheap on a semi-auto 12G. You can get a Mossberg 930 for around $500 brand new, though I'm sure many guys would call that cheap too. Get a respected brand with a warranty.

The specs on their site say 50mpg and a 3.5gal tank, so hopefully the range is a bit more than that. The Street 750 is the right size for me, and the power and other specs are fine for my use. It's a genuine Harley and I like the styling (and the price). Agree with you on the maintenance issue. I'm not looking for high/expensive maintenance.

Any opinions on the Harley Street 750? I know many of the Harley guys sneer at it... don't care about that. Just curious if anybody has any experience and feedback on it.

I think the 7N6 ban didn't get much attention because it's a Russian import round and it kind of got bundled up in the Russian sanctions. As soon as they went after U.S. domestic arms (M855), then they started stepping on a lot of toes. Hopefully they will drop this ammo ban nonsense.

You still get 2200 fps from a 7" barrel. That's going to punch through level 2. Probably level 3A. Other than passing a law, what do you suggest? If there is some magic bullet (pun intended) that we are missing, please enlighten us. We are dealing with criminals in power. No suggestions.... just being realistic, that's all. ETA: Not saying we shouldn't resist them through any and all means.
