  1. Never! I just see their needs are different from mine. There are guys who like to sit and put round after round through the same hole at a gazillion yards. That fine but from begining to end I have no patience for that. I cant sit there and meticulously load each and every round, then go to a range where all you do is sit (hate that bench crap), take your time and shoot one bullet, wait for the barrel to cool then shoot another round. Its slow and borring and drives me nuts. I like movement. I care only for hits not bullseyes. While I would like to try a AI $4k sniper rifle I have no desir
  2. WOW! Cool story! While I have no personal stories about China, a freind of my does. He has a thing for Asian chicks. His current gf is Chinese and 2 summers ago he went to meet her parents, in China. He said that the capital is dirty, filthy, shitty. Always gray, no sun, the river even smells from all the polution. However, the next day he flew to her home city and it was a different story. He said it was like a fairytail look to it. very historic, beautiful, colorfull, plenty of sunshine. He was there for 2 weeks. Took pics of billboards showing soldiers with AKs!
  3. It couldnt have been a cop. Based on my understanding from some folks here he would be too busy taking bribes, staring down random people or grenading babies. The only way it would make sence is if, off camera, he went through the old man's wallet and took his money
  4. I look at it as large children who need another mother figure. Cant be independent of that. Have you watched the show Fargo? What Lester's wife was is how marriage sounds to me Some could be, the world is full of pleasant and unpleasant people.. I had a bad crash, spent two years in a wheel chair, wife did a lot to take care of me. Cant count the times I had the flu or food poisening, wife was there, chicken soup..the whole bit. I remember when my grandfather was dieing from cancer, my grandmother kneeling by his bed holding his hand. There will be times that you may no

  6. Umm...no! for the first 18 years of my life I was told where to go, what to do, what to see, how to do it, ....etc...etc...I dont need that anymore. Today I do what I want when I want it. I have no problems with it. I see my freinds...or rather I really do after they got married. Now they need permission to go out, stay out, do stuff. Screw that. No one goint to tell me "Honey today is we are going to...." Fuck that I dont need another parent, nor am I looking for emotional anything. Dont want to hug, dont care about holding hands, not interested in your day. Oh and HELL NO to kids. The on
  7. This ^ They're job is to make movies. I watch the ones I like. But I care about as much what they do in their personal lives as I care about what you guys do.
  8. Not me but I met a guy at a gunstore a few months back. He was talking to the clerk about 223/556 and the fact of how shitty Wolf is. Turns out he was at a night club a year ago when some disgruntled party go'er opens up with an AR. People ran in all directions and this guy took 3 round to the lower back. He said he didnt really feel all that bad, sat around for the ambulance. The bullets didnt exit and didnt cause much damage. The shooter was caught and in court he found out that it was Wolf ammo Three rounds in the lower back from an AR at close range and didn't exit or do much damage?
  9. Im not married and have no kids but i still dont understand how this was even a question. Advice on what? The odds of getting caught? Its like asking should I rob a bank. Well we all know the most likely outcome but if you want to take a chance...... You already know that the answer will be NO whether its due to moral, religious or gamble reasons. Seems like you were looking for that one guy to say yea I do it all ther time and never get caught.

  11. If you insert a mag does it shoot? If so...than it works! Usually no but sometimes shit happens. Could be a stiff spring or maybe something got inside and is preventing the spring from moving or you might have gotten a lemon
  12. I agree with Beefcake about the rules. I try to avoid ranges with range officers or any authority figure, as much as possible. Been going to state game lands for years and have never had a bad experiance. Ok now about the shooting. Your shots wernt bad but the gun is capable of better. If youre coming off of a different platform its probably the grip angle....or so Ive been told.
  13. Seriously dude, youre over thinking this. Its simple....either do it and accept the there might be consequences or just let it go. If it were me I wouldn bother, I dont gamble. But this is also why I dont care for marriege and any long term, significant, clingy relationships. My way, I have fun for a few weeks to a few months and then say goodby. I make this known ahead of time.
  14. That was the 1st pistol I ever bought too. With the heavy DA i had good shotgun like pattern at 20ft. One day at the range a few off duty cops were there shooting their glocks and kinda laughing at me. Well one of them walk over and jokingly says "I see you got the Kmart blue light special". He hands me his Glock 26 and my groups instantly shrink in half. Good by Ruger
  15. If I read it right I get the 2nd one but not the first. It would be weird for me if my 2yr old would all of a sudden walk up to your kid to touch his head. Threre is nothing wrong with the act itself. However, I dont know what your response might be. Maybe you wontlike it. Maybe your kid might fell uncomfortable and start crying. But the part in the playground is a little weird but despite not having kids i can kinda understand it.
  16. a regular S&W model 66 snubby 2-3in 357 will be just fine. The 44 is going to be a bit much. Cliche phrases like "Go big or go home" are nice and matcho and whatnot but not very usefull in the real world. First, 44 is expansive so practice will be expansive. IMO there is no point in carrying a gun if you hardly ever shoot it. The phrase "carry a lot shoot a little is BS". Second, there is some recoil. Follow up shots are almost at bolt action rifle speed. Third. Over penetration. You are responsible for your bullets and you dont know if you have to defend yourself in a crowded mall or a em
  17. Marriages and relationships......You guys can keep em!
  18. Well Im not hunting a mountain lion. If I shot one it would be for SD. That being said this is why I dont hunt, cause I cant chase one down.
  19. Thats what I consider hunting. Not some dude in a tree with a 300 win mag ...or whatever your fav cal is. Thats more like execution from a far. IMO if you want to eat it you should be able to chase it down
  20. G19 iwb Galco kind tuck 8 oclock (lefty) summer, spring, winter, fall. S&W 36 38spl snubby for walking my dog. Once in a while I'll switch to HK P2000 40s&w. Just picked up a older Sig P220 that I'll try out and see how it goes.
