  1. So if I understand right, then the mag would be the same size as the 12 ga. version??? If this is the case then I too think that a smaller mag would be better. A big one would be heavy and also I think it would make it hard to carry in the slinged position. Keep the gun light and narrow.
  2. I saved up some paychecks and bought one a couple months ago and i absolutely love mine. It hold 13 rounds in the mag and still fits my hand like a 1911. I'm saving right now for a light to go on the rail. I got the 4 inch model and i like it. I just wish the mags were a little cheaper, the cheapest i've found is CDNN and i think they're $30 each. It comes with 2 but i like to have three for everything that way i can have one in the gun and two on my belt, and with this gun that gives you 40 rounds including one in the chamber. Ok i'm done talking now hahaha. If you have any questions i can try
  3. That right there is probably my favorite Saiga so far. It just looks right, almost streamlined. Thats HOT!!!!!!
  4. Ok here's a question fer ya. If i remember right didn't ACE or somebody make an adapter block so the ACE stocks can be put on a normal AK??? If so, would this stock fit that block??? Cause I really like that stock but I don't want to modify my gun just to fit that stock.
  5. And how many does that monster hold???
  6. I keep mine loaded with 10 rounds of the 3 pellet buckshot. And if that don't work i still got 4 more 10 round mags full of number 5 birdshot so i think i could ruin a burglers day purdy good.
  7. When i bought mine it said it was supposed to come with a set of choke tubes but mine didnt, and it aint made for one either. I guess if you really wanted to you could have a choke mounted on it.I think the easiest way would be to do an external choke like on a saiga. If you did it that way i dont think it would be that hard. And yes mine is the 6.5 inch barrel. Its a 5 shooter and it will only chamber the 2.5 inch shells. If you have any more questions id be happy to try to answer them.
  8. I love my Taurus!!!! Its prolly one of the most fun guns i have. I finnally got my black model about a month ago and it has the long barrel. Its purdy useless though in my opinion. So far all i've shot in it is number 7 shot, but at bout 15 feet im gettin 7 foot patterns!!!!!!!!!!!!Now buckshot might be a different story and i can see it being a purdy good house gun with that. It does have a purdy good kick to it but after a few rounds you get used to it. I also tryed some 45 colt but i think my sights are way off cause i had to aim bout a foot low at 10 yards to hit where i wanted. Hope this he
  9. Go here If you have question bout the 10-22 they have the answer. I cant answer the legal stuff, but i can tell you that the normal reciever should be fine to sbr. Also the recievers are exactly the same the black ones are just painted. So if you want a stainless gun you can just buy a black one and strip the paint off it. At least this is what i read on that website. Hope this helps.
  10. I was thinking that would be great for a marlin camp carbine.
  11. Well im in western NC.Im bout an hour and a half from ashville.I've changed my mind(as i frequently do), and now im looking at the mini if i can find decent hicaps for it.Are any of them good besides the factory rugers??? How bout the eagle 30 round mags???
  12. Just a question. Why did you pick the 410 for a weapon and not the 12??? It seems to me that the 410 would be under powered for any full scale combat other that maybe hallway defense. But i must say them are the coolest saigas i ever seen!!!!
  13. Well guys, alot of great ideas on here.I realise the probs with water and food and im working on that.I've got a im gonna hopefully order this week like water purifier, several clothing items, a couple nice surefire flashlights, and some other stuff. I've got a 2 page list that me and dad compiled and hes a outdoorsy/suvivalist type of guy so i think we have thais stuff covered. The pack i bought is a Maxpedition Falcon 2 with the molle webbing on the back and sides.Ive got alot of stuff in the pouches attatched to the outside of it and i havent even put anything in it yet!!!!!!! So i think
  14. Well, i bought one and i think mine came to $505 with taxes and shipping. I still dont have it though. So if u want the long barrel you might have to wait a little while.
