  1. You may need to trim a little off the bottom of the retaining plate. This would be the flat area that comes in contact with the bottom of the receiver. Mine needed a little off for it to drop down onto the back pin. Make sure you try to fit it together with just the 2 pins and no other parts to start with.
  2. Now THAT was a good one!! I would have crapped my pants when I read his message! Yeah, it really fucked with my head. My phone is synced with my email, so when I get the notification email that I have a new PM here, I get the email on my phone and it also shows what is in the PM. Well, I guess I'm just used to the entire message being able to fit into the screen on my phone, and not having to scroll down. So he put "I lost your carrier", and then left a long empty scroll and continued on that he was joking. But since I didn't scroll down on my phone, all I saw was "I lost yo

  4. Welcome aboard! It's a great firearm once you get it converted. Spend some time reading and searching the forum and let us know if you have any questions. Everything you'd want to know is right here and has probably been asked and answered.
  5. +1 for MARKW1. Got my FSB, brake, gas block and gas tube from him.
  6. You can shoot it without the brake if it's not pinned. Don't try to shoot it with the brake on until you pin it. Trust me....the gas will blow the fsb/brake off and you'll have to have the rangemaster retrieve it from the backstop. Or so I've been told I got mine sighted-in without the brake installed and then used a marker to mark all 4 pin holes on the barrel. I then took off the fsb and used a file to cut a line on the barrel where each pin would go. I put the fsb back on and THEN used the drill to finish the pin slots off. I found this easier to drill since I had already started th
  7. oh yea, that is something you can count on when you take a converted saiga 12 to a public shooting range lol Last time at the indoor range, I got eat-shit looks and the guy/girl couple next to me left soon after she bitched about how loud it was. They allow mag dumps and I wanted to run the MD20 through its paces. Seems that lots of folks think you're an asshole if you shoot a shotty at an indoor range. Fuck 'em. On a more positive note, the Rangemaster came over and chatted me up about my S-12 for a while. Said another guy was there with his the day before.....wish we'd
  8. This Well, he DID spend 3 days, 23 hrs and 50 mins longer than most. Welcome to the forum OP. Let us know if that dog has to go to the Vet.
  9. Looks like Uly. Unless I'm missing something, I don't see "free shipping" anywhere. Also, the fine print at the bottom of the page says their prices reflect a 3% cash savings thats not available with credit cards or debit card orders. Edit: NOW I see the "free shipping"
  10. You sure about that one? Just busting your balls. Glad you got it off....whatcha going back with?
