I am getting ready to go shoot some slugs soon. I am shooting a 3inch Magnum, should i use a choke on the gun or not?

I work for a construction company and have a little experience with this. There is a new product on the market that is a spray foam that works amazing. i dont have the name of it in front of me but ill see if i can find it.
