I recently had to replace my bolt carrier due to a crack. What I was wondering if there are any precautions or modifications that can be done to prevent it from happening again in the future.Any thoughts? Thanks.

The best stick mags are izzy ones. Unfortunately the 8 round izzy mags are not a cheap item. I shoot agp gen2, surefire/SGM, keepshooting mags and an MD20. All of them have worked great for me in my particular firearm.

The mags were probably made during the Assault Weapon Ban years. During that time most companies were still making high cap mags, they just couldn't sell them to us peons, only the LEO or Military. For some reason my HK usp .45 mags say Law Enforcement only on them. Not sure why.

+1 Im running all stock parts and have no problem cycling wally world bulk pack on setting 1. It fte d when it was brand new, but thats about it.

but are slugs really going to be accurate past 100 yards? I think it looks cool as hell dont get me wrong.
