LOL, I get some FUNNY looks when I walk to the truck with the 12 in one hand, 45 on my side, kel-tec sub-2000 in the other hand, large bag with mags and rounds stickin out of it, and now I get to add a 223 to the mix.... amazingly my neighbors dont play the music so loud anymore when their buddies are over.... LMAO but the funniest thing is that they dont' even see the S&W 38 in my pocket

there is nothing wrong with little dogs.... as you said, they have CHARACTER beyond beleif..... my little gal tells the bigger dogs how it is... it cracks me up, she thinks she's a big dog by the way she acts, and she alerts loud and fast when someone gets close to my door.....

I have a Home Depot right across the parking lot from my apartment.... so I'll go by there once I get home to see what exactly I need... I think they'd kinda frown on me bring the rifle into the store.... LOL

just bought a 223 today at a gun show, got 4 30round mags with it, as well as the plastic 10 rounder that was the factory in box.... problem is that the 30's won't latch in, and once I have filed one of them to latch in, it won't load, it just jams the bullet into the bottom of the barrel...... if I were to 'ramp' the end of the barrel, it would be fine, but I dont have the tools to do so, and I'm not sure if that would be a safe thing to do can someone help me out, I can take pics if needed.... thanx in advance

as far as the bolt buffer, I installed that before I shot the first shell, its a hard plastic, and whatever brand that the place I bought it had.... but after tearing it down and looking, I see the places where the bolt has smacked, and where it would have hit the gun.... so I think I'll leave it in there I just got a limbsaver today, so we'll see if that helps me out, I know that with slugs I have had NO reload problems thus far, but I haven't shot birdshot through it yet, so we'll see how it does with some 00 this weekend, just bought a case when I bought limbsaver on a side note,

awesome video wher are any of these events held near KY? I might be interested in watching a few times to see if I could could compete...... do they have that kinda match setup at the Machine Gun Shoot?? if so, I may try that out.....

went back out there, and talked to some others (lengths aren't posted at the range) and was told that I was actually shooting at 50 yards..... now I feel stupid.... at 50 yards, that much error, I think it was mainly me flinching.... once I get a butstop pad, it'll be ALOT better because I won't have the plastic-to-shoulder reaction..... I'm gonna have one of my buddies take it out this weekend and shoot some groups to see if he does the same thing as I do..... so we'll see over the weekend hopefully.... thanx for the replies guys

oh I know part of it is me.... especially after all the rounds I'd put through it.... my shoulder was starting to get tender.... first shot of the mag I could hit exactly where I wanted.... by the fifth shot, I was almost around 2ft off, even shattered the wooden frame twice (once taking a corner off, the second almost splitting the top post) I'd say that was at a distance of 20-25 yards the center target (with the green blast away) is the one I had shot at that's me and the gun its a straight outta the box saiga... stock sights and all, I think that with the AK style

I finally got to shoot my gun today, and learned a little about is accuracy.... I found that if I let it cool down, the first shot was DEAD ON, the second shot was a little off, and it got worse the hotter the barel got... I was waiting a bit between shots so that I could re-aim, I'd say an average of 2-4 seconds between shots, no rapid-fires is this normal? what can I do to change this? all help is appreciated, thanx in advance guys

5lb mini yorkshire terrier - mine is the blonde mini yorkie, thats my old neighbor's male full size beside her.... her name is Honey 125lb mixed breed - My BOY Bruiser... that is a 2500 Diesel Ram that he's laying under to let ya see how big he is.... the funny part is that he thinks he's her size, and she thinks she's his size..... if someone ever breaks into my house, I will know, she alerts so fast its scary.... unfortunatly Bru is back home with the parents, I don't have a big enough place to let him run here in Lexington

I like my S&W J-frame bobbed-hammer for CC..... but if I'm goin somewhere that I know there is a higher chance of somethin happening... I have my Para Ordinance Warthog on my side (1911 based 3" 45ACP) with the extra mag on the other hip..... the way I see it is the same that most other have, I don't want to EVER have to draw, but if I have to, I will..... better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

I just picked mine up from the Classic Arms and Archery in Lexingotn, KY bought a bolt buffer, taxes and all, walked out for $452 its a 19" with externally threaded choke, with a 5rd mag, cleaning kit and all.... he threw in 8 rounds of double buck, and installed the buffer for me.....

I ordered 2 of them myself..... can't wait... I'm even more anxious now that I have my gun in hand...... can't wait till sunday, I think thats when we're gonna go shoot.....

a local dealer here in lexington, ky is getting me one (should be in either tomorrow or friday) the verbal agreement we have is 410-415 + tax new in box, with a 5rd clip... I will take pics and post them as soon as I get it, I will also be taking it to the range as soon as I get it as well.... so I'm sure there will be pics of that as well.... if you want, I can get you the name and number of the shop.....
