  1. Macbeau, Sounds like you don't know enough cops. Sorry you work around the seemingly wrong type. You also must believe, as per your quote, that: 1. Cops are supposed to separate right from wrong, 2. Serve the just, 3. Punish the unjust. Nope, none of the above exactly. If you work with them every single day, you know that's not the intent and duties of officers. Perhaps the ones you see have that attitude, but that ain't it. As for the DA's and ADA's, I can't speak for them. After all, they are 'lawyers'.
  2. Navy87Guy, +1000 percent!!! DaGroaner, Man, I look for your posts 'cause of the common sense ideas, straight talk, and even funny lines and comebacks. However, I have to disagree about the war on drugs comment, but amen to ending the welfare rolls. As for the police in that town, I don't know about their mess ups, past or present. I do, however, know exactly the type situation and environment they entered and am quite familiar with it. Bad stuff can happen in an instant and an instant decision has to be made. Tough shit if a criminal gets killed in that situation, but no cop wa
  3. I'm no expert here. My recent experience with three 8 rd mags is as follows. The one that came in the box with the shotgun (RAA 19" threaded barrel, bought new last year) worked like it should, clicked right into place. I bought two extra mags at the same time, both appearing identical to the in-box mag. Neither of the two extra mags would catch at the rear mag catch and lock in. (All the AGP mags also lock in, though it's not a tight lock up.) I solved the problem on the two extra 8 rd mags by just very. very lightly filing (just a few strokes) on the very top rear edge of the rear ma
  4. Same here.... gone a few days and all heck breaks loose. Just like flying. Hours of boredom followed by moments of ____________.
  5. Same here as the rest of the folks. Thanks, Mike, for the updates and the info. If this is any indication of future customer service, there shouldn't be any complaints. As for the offer of the extra cover, yeah, I'd like an extra one. However, I'm willing to pass on that just to help out a little, to support the way you're doing business so far. In fact (and this might be an unpopular idea), how about all of us pre-order folks supporting this new business venture this way? (Set the flamethrowers on LOW)
  6. +1 on that for me also. So far, I am quite satisfied with the info and updates. They get here when they get here.
  7. s Anybody that ask in one of my information threads will receive a PM through the forum. Thanks for the support, You will get one. I'm also one of those guys regularly reading and checking the forum, I just don't post a lot. Please add me to the list. Thank you.
  8. I'll have to add another recommendation for the RIA pistols. I especially like the Tactical model as it has just the right extras on it over the GI model for me. As far as the 'break-in', well, I guess mine are still being broken in. No failures of any kind with decent magazines. Cheap mags, different story, but that happens with the Colts too. RIA only guarantees them to be 100% with 230 gr. FMJ, but my compact, GI, and Tactical eat several brands of HP just as well. The RIA's are great pistols! +1 for Ivan the rep also.
  9. KVNGort and Cobra, I'm with you on that. I'm still waiting too, but I remember the times when mail orders had a certain waiting period. I'll give AGP the benefit of any doubt. That's a lot of work to do.

    "SHTF" = WTF

    guido2, Yes, crank up the generator with fuel and let it run for 20-30 minutes every 2-3 months. More often is better, but I know how the time goes by. Just the temperature change for the metal parts, particularly the cylinder and piston assembly, over 24 hours will cause condensation and rust to form inside the cylinder and on the piston. Running the motor long enough, to the point of heating up the oil and burning off the moisture in the oil, will get the oil everywhere it's supposed to be and remove all the condensed moisture. This will slow the rust process and keep bearings/seals, et
  11. New member here, been reading the posts and info for at least a year. I signed up early for the 20rd mags and got 'em today. FBMG, Pvt Pyle, Tromix, a huge THANK YOU SIRS!!!!! The next firearms related purchase that I make, if you folks have the product or service for which I am looking, my money is going to YOU! Also, we who took the leap of faith with you appreciate the fact that our individual small orders are being filled before the big distributor orders. Just another example of why you deserve our business. THANKS AGAIN!
