anything is possible if you throw large amounts of money and to ask on second post . 1. yes just get 308 barrel turn it down to fit in the 12ga barrel 2.get carrier and bolt from .308 put it in 3 want to get a .308 mag and 12ga mag cut the top of mag off 12ga. and stick it around the top of .308 mag then jb weld together let dry at least 24 hrs. 4.then test fit in gun it should lock in. 5.next remove mag put some shells 6.put mag in gun pull back the bolt and load gun. 7. fill your crack pipe and fire it up because its pipe dream it cant be done.

yep, I know what you mean, I got my grip for $9.00 because opened amazon charge card. have all parts for my gun but haven't got my gun from gunsmith we did barter deal work for gun and he is gas ports and conversion 2 months for like 2 days of work? sucks.

I think most mags smg and agp would work? magwell not sure not into it but mags need to be modded to fit in magwell anyway so. to bad cant get hold of the orginal kit copy it. does not look hard to copy.

Actually what's going on here is a confusion between the BHO and LRBHO. BHO's are common and available pretty much at any store that caters to the S-12. The LRBHO is almost unobtainable. Rusmilitary imported one batch a while ago and I haven't seen them since. Some members who jumped on that order found out the hard way how difficult it is to install so yes they do occasionally show up in the WTS section of the forum. I'll come back later and post pictures of the LRBHO kit for a visual. LRBHO kit Cadiz Gun Works has them for $80.00 not listed on site but has kits in stock

no ,bolt hold open is what it is holds bolt open when you insert new mag making easier than loading on closed bolt. you don't need it, but it its faster than holding the gun pulling back the bolt removing spent mag and inserting new mag and making ure it lock in before letting bolt fly last round bolt hold open is just that when last round is fired it catches the bolt is not normally found on most guns and is the hardest mods to do on saiga 12 yes you could do that .

no not all have them but newer ones do have BHO's (bolt hold open) you can install one if wanted its not hard, with some tools and dremel etc... to install bolt hold open from CSS or buy a Krebs safety lever with notch cut in or mod your own.it's your own decision. anywere from $0-$60 ? there plenty video on it and pics info here.

what does it do with stock plug and puck and spring? did you check your gas ports? gas ports and sizing should be first thing you should do .not throwing parts at it your gun . if gas system is not right it will never be right. put stock spring in see what it does, autoplug wont help you . for under gased gun it is not another band aid like CSS and all reliability kits are ,fix gas system with stock plug, puc and spring , then put v plugin or autoplug in. and you will a great working gun. read this it will help http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?/topic/65772-reliab

welcome to saiga 12 forums. would not worry about sights their worthless it's a shotgun. i would take to range put 100 rounds through it see if gas system works right and how many FTE get, then address gas port problem that might exist . by removing gas block and drilling ports then see if can fix sight alignment , if you need sights or red scope get tri rail, or quad rail and mount them to it. read forums, look at video's ,ask questions

some people are fast to reply with use search, and offer no advice other than links that might not apply to problem ,I am sure cobra, pauly, others will reply with some advice. soon.

foreplay is key and a bolt and carrier polish and it will slide right in and out and shoot it, wont be virgin anymore

this is one haven't seen what is everyone using for ear protection ? with saiga12 and why you like it ?

looks pretty cool so far from point your at you could tweek the design here and there and call it your own. say put a door breecher at tip or some holes or flutes etc.... then if you were to produce them would not have patent infringement... even at that point you could combine with barrel shroud for one piece unit
