My only input on this is that "hip Shooting" is not practiced by the people I've trained with. Shoulder you're weapon and fire a aimed shot. The difference in time saved does not make up for the accuracy lost. Fast is fine, accurate is final.

I don't want to pile on But another small point, Appleseed is great for basic rifle marksmanship. BUT, if you want to learn to shoot at 300-400yds, then train at 300-400yds. Appleseed uses small targets at close range to simulate long range shooting. It's like using a blow up doll to practice sex, close, but not quite like the real thing.

I don't care who laughs or what it looks like, If I can load and deliver rounds downrange faster than Specnaz, what's to laugh at?

Selling my MD Arms drum. It has the clear cover installed and comes with the smoked cover also. It's run perfect for me, and I'd say perfect condition, but there might be a scratch on it somewhere I didn't see. $225. + shipping. I'll wait a day or so before I cross post on other sites.

Here's my plan for a serious fighting shotgun. Take one S12, cut the barrel down to 12" so you don't have to move the gas block. Maybe open the ports a tad OR add the adjustable gas plug and adjust for more gas. Thread the barrel and add a Polychoke, turn the setting to xtra full and you get back the range you lost buy cutting the barrel down. The Polychoke is 2.25" + 12" of barrel for a total of 14.25". Short enough to be handy, but no fireball in the face interfering with follow up shots or acquiring new targets. Add a Magwell, LRBHO and bolt release. Cut the AGP mags down to

I just picked up a TIG welder. So far I suck at it, and I've been wire feed welding for years. I did mange to give myself a nice sunburn with the TIG though.
