  1. Pulled the followers & found the angle is virtually identical in both Mags The biggest difference is the rear portion's curve, shape & Bulge of the Mag In addition to having no front lip It is this shape that forces the higher & proper feed angle. Personally I think the simple fix would be an re angled replacement follower???
  2. your folder looks better than most after market folders. Now why can't aftermarketers make a folder that doesn't bulge out like a freaking tumor? Thanks man. That is a big reason why i built it, I can't stand the bulges that a lot of stocks have around the trunion area either. I really wanted a folding SVD stock or a Russian triangle folder because they fold flush with the receiver, but I don't have that kind of money to drop on a stock right now. And the idea of cutting the tang off is not something I wanted to do since these are somewhat rare right now. It took me a few days to co

  5. So cool if this is true!!! But, Are you Sure? ... Did you shoot with them??? I Just Checked the feed angle and proximity to the chamber are totally different! Saiga Mags seem too low. They lock up fine and seem to feed, but I'm guessing lots of FTE's & FTF's because of the Lower feed angle. Also noticed how high the follower comes up is limited in the Saiga mag. If this could be fixed LRBHO might even work!!!
  6. Let me see what the shipping is on that, I really wanted to double up on the Boxes & Padding etc. Wanted to protect the original box. Plus there's Insurance ... As long as I get to keep $650 with S&H, I would be fine with that. BTW ... Where would I be shipping to Joe?

  19. PIA to get out as it is easy to damage the Laminate when prying. (After removing screws) Go Slow prying a little bit from different parts to slowly ease it out. Be careful not to damage the finish of the receiver. (electrical tape over Flathead screwdriver helps) Once 1/4 to 1/2 inch out ... mine came out easy with a little side to side wiggle ... LOL "that sounded funny"
