Definitely not someone I would pick as the face of gun rights. Even as rabid as a dog loose lips Joe is he ended it more presenting a restriction on the mentally incompetent and criminal than his natural throw them all in the sea position. Mr. Biden made an equal opposite statement much more recently during the campaign proper when he said: "I GUARANTEE you Barack Obama ain't taking my shotguns, so don't buy that malarky!!!"
