Vultite 57
I'm not quite sure what they are doing over there at mossberg, but it looks like they took a muzzle brake from a Armalite bolt rifle and mashed it up on the shotgun?
AgentLQ 3
I dunno... I think I saw a weapon that shot like steel cable... some weird attachment on it. I remember the cookbook said some stuff about using 1/2" steel cable to fuck with vehicles when strung across highways... OR... maybe a .50 cal muzzle break is just what's really hood these days.... on shotguns...
KrisFox 69
I need to call Mossberg and order that break for my S-12.

Bayoupiper 738
As a previous owner of a real Roadblocker, I take offense at them stealing the moniker "Roadblocker" from Ithaca.
BobAsh 582
^ Yeah that's what I was thinking of, the old 10 gage.
Wakal 10
Ithaca..."Deerslayer"..."Roadblocker"...yeah, they had fun I messed with one of those Mossbergs at last weekend's gun show. Not as heavy as I expected, but pretty much just as stupid. Having done some research on shotgun comps, IMO pretty worthless. Looks ninjatactahillbilly cool, though. Alex Yah, everyone knows you need a 50BMG comp mounted in the MIDDLE of your shotgun!
Vultite 57
yea, wasn't too impressed with the "new" shotguns being pranced around the shotshow, except for winchester's SXP, I think that's a good idea and I'll probably get one to tinker with for shits and giggles... Yeah, I had one too. It was quite the hammer, but only held 3 shells. I agree with KrisFox, I would like to order one of these as well!

But it was the uber-kewl shotty of law enforcement back then. And I still kick myself today for getting rid of it.......
THE_HUNTER 2
I saw one new at a gun show. I laughed out loud!
TonyRumore 1,332
The one I had only held 2 in the magazine tube. It was 2+1, not 3+1. No one wants one anymore. I just saw one come up on the Sturm board yesterday for $375. Mine had Briley screw-in 10ga chokes.....that was a bit different, especially for the late 80's.
