MrOneEyedBoh 14
sgammo.com 250rd - 12 Gauge RIO High Power 00 Buckshot 9 109.00 good shipping Edited March 14, 2011 by MrOneEyedBoh
cfish 2
The RIO is a good deal. Doesn't work in the MD drum but works well in all my stick mags, and patterns decently. I have run 100+ rounds of the stuff thru mine.

Yoshi 87
I take it the rio is a little long for the drum? I'll check out those sites, if not back to Wally World! Thanks everyone.
lbsrdi 1,078
What about the RIO slugs, do they work with the drum?
G-30 8
What about the RIO slugs, do they work with the drum? That would be a no,I just bought 50 rounds at the gun show yesterday and they are too long
MrOneEyedBoh 14
Yeah the roll cramped shells won't work, you want star crimped.
lbsrdi 1,078
What is the difference between roll and star crimped? Any pics?
MT Predator 2,294
Did you try ammo engine? I'll throw up a link when I get back to the house. I get mine at Wallyworld as well unless Bass Pro has a good sale.

Nice. So, just to be sure, NO shells that are rolled will work in the drum?
Wildcatter 28
Walmart generally has a 15-pack of 2.75" buck and slugs from Winchester for $6.88. The 3" OObuck runs $9.89 or so. Both pattern alright, but if you want tight patterns, you have to go with the low recoil stuff or more constriction with a choke. The 2.75" runs in the MD20 drum and the 3" runs in the AGPs just fine. I'll never forget the look on my nephews face after running 10 rounds of 3" OObuck out of the AGPs with the Romy stock on my Saiga! ---Catter Edited March 14, 2011 by Wildcatter

MT Predator 2,294
My bad, Ammo Engine doesn't have a shotgun ammo category. Like I said, I usually get mine at Wallyworld. Here's the link anyway. Ammo Engine
MT Predator 2,294
My local Walmart has 15 rounds of Remington OO for $8.89. ETA: That's for 3" as they are clearing them out and not carrying it anymore. Picked up a bunch. Edited March 15, 2011 by MT Predator

lbsrdi 1,078
What is a good bulk 00 buck that works in the MD20?

The price you see is the price as delivered to your door. I've bought a lot of ammo from them, they are good to go. Not always the best prices, it is worth looking around, but they ship pretty quickly. I have no idea how their customer service is, I've never had any issue that made me need to contact them.
