Tell me about ProMag 20 round drums

Recommended Posts

I have a promag 12 round compact drum and it is awesome. I have had very few FTE's with birdshot while using it and I think most of them were because the gun was getting really dirty. If the 20 is anything like the 12 it will probably be worth the money.

I love my "nut sack" 12 round Pro-mag drum, but only use a MD-20 for the 20 rounders. Honestly, fit and finish on mikes 20 vs the 12 Pro-mag is much better so I would assume the same about the Pro-mag- 20. The clips are what I worry about breaking on the Pro-mags.

Actually the drums both work great for me. The clips have not ever been an issue either on the Promag drum. Even if you took a pair of pliers and snapped all the ugly motherfuckers off a there, I'll bet it would still work fine.
