Bvamp 604
starlynx: enticing a lawsuit is another motive of mine. call me evil, but thats part of why i am thinking about buying one of them. NY state needs to be brought under control. people and the LEO community especially are fucking ridiculous up here. "i didnt know it was legal" is not an excuse. thats not cause to dismiss a lawsuit. nasty arent i?
Cobra 76 two 2,677
Go git em B! Just don't point it at em!
KySoldier 2
They are single shot only and after shooting it you are supposed to break it, say against a tree. There are trainer models out there that fire tracer rounds one at a time like the real thing and they are reloadable. Never seen one in civilian hands though. I've shot the trainer and the real AT4 but that was years ago.
badz2801 0
I have no idea as to its legal status in NY. They are considered pipe by the ATF along with used LAW tubes. Here are some more pics. Ive already sold two and I have two left. They are going fast. support@saigasolutions.com imckay1@cox.net
Bvamp 604
yeh i have to check with the facist pricks here about its legality. I will do that today or tomorrow. it goes click, so that means the firing mechanism is intact, which might be an issue in my state. also, do you know if it is still considered US Gov property even though its spent? badz2801 0
The U.S. govt threw these bad boys out literally. My guess, no they are no longer U.S. govt property. Same principal as when you put your trash out to the curb....its considered trash and anyone can take it. The govt didn't smash them and threw them away. They were obtained in a 100% legal mannor...ie I didn't sift thru the govt's trash. Ian Edited September 30, 2005 by badz2801
KySoldier 2
I've seen these tubes sold before online. If you look around I'm sure you can find other places...my point being Badz isn't challenging anything new by selling these here. If they were dangerous (ie easily reloadable) I doubt the gov would sell em off like any other army surplus junk you typically see. But this is only speculation. Doing your own homework on legality in NY would be a good idea.
Bvamp 604
because the firing mechanism sounds to be intact, i might have a problem, yeh. still looking into it.
shaneman153a 39
Another example of things I've broken, burnt, or thrown away so many times, thinking they were worthless. What was the first example?? see avatar I'm goin' to DRMO tomorrow to see if I can find some other crap that you civilians would pay money for! lol!

PvtPyle 0
In the military, BLUE indicates a training unit. If the item is a real unit rendered inert, it will say inert on it. Yellow and black do indeed mean it was an HE unit. Where is the supposed hole in the firing mechanism supposed to go? The weapon is percussion fired up near the trigger. Then there is a shock tube that sends the charge back to the warheads rocket motor. That send the rocket down range. There is no firing circut on the launcher, only in the warhead. If you need more of these contact me, we have several that are no longer used as props. sales AT fbmginc.com
