( of course, perhaps it has been cheaper, i don't know) but i can only attribute it to the fact that everyone now shoots .22 instead of all other calibers to save them or sell them. i can remember looking at a 5000 round lot of CCI CPRN on SGammo and thinking, " yeah, but do i really NEED 5000 rounds?" man i wish i could go back to that moment Quote Link to post Share on other sites

If you were at a Gander Mountain... that means that they were selling that ammo at double to triple the retail price you could find it anyplace else ( when ammo was in stock everyplace else... ) Quote Link to post Share on other sites

If I could find 5 boxes of decent .380, he would give me 900 rounds of .223. Could pass up the challenge and just happen to find it at Gander Mountain. termite 463 Posted March 13, 2013 Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 I had 2, 333 round cans delivered last week, along with a 500 round brick of 22lr, and just had 500 rounds of 22mag delivered this afternoon, and picked up 2, 500 round bricks of 22lr at the local shop 2 weeks ago. semper299 284 Posted March 13, 2013 Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 My local Walmart gets in ammo 3 or 4 nights a week and puts it out about 630 in the morning. Everything except the oddball rounds are gone within an hour. They have the 500 pack of 22lr for 20 bucks, but it is the hardest to get. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
