csspecs 1,987 Posted August 22, 2013 Report Share Posted August 22, 2013 My take, this is not the best part of the conversion to go fast on.. Any little mistakes at this point will take hours to fix. I Prefer to drill the welds and then bottom with a end mill to cut the welds. I drill the rivets I can reach, I only grind if I cant reach it (I HATE the smell of grinders even with a mask).
