I don't really give two shits if somebody wants to swap parts. But the age and funded by tax dollars is a problem. They saw it as a fantasy and then they freak when reality sets in. Most kids don't really mature for another 7-10 years. Someone explain to me how attempting suicide is illegal (in most states) and committing suicide is not. I know, I know, you can't arrest a dead person. Read that piece twice to get the full impact.
