They continue to scream even when the lungs are burned out and are turning into liquid bloody burned tissue spewing out of their mouths. If it's a Russian flamethrower, they use a blank 54R to pressurize, so the walls are going to be quite thick. Like a scuba cylinder. A 3000psi 6061 T6 aluminium cylinder is 3/4" thick.
