Would you use this on a turned down barrel, or just a non threaded one? -

WTT/Dust cover w/ Tromix installed HK sight

Guess I'm too slow, but I'll trade you too and pay the shipping. -
I have a Tromix AR lower receiver, marked .458 SOCOM. I've never gotten around to building anything with it, and am considering selling it. Just how rare are the Tromix lowers? IIRC I bought this one here.

They hit 144 db, not 150. Sure, it's not like a .22 can, but that's impressive on a 12 gauge indoors like that. -
Saiga-12 and AK Slings from RusMilitary!
Wakko replied to CGuns's topic in Unsorted Ads prior to November 2012 (WTS / WTT)
Where in S. Florida are you? I'm not familiar with these slings...where can I see a picture of how they hook up? ETA: Found the 3 point on RusMilitary -
UPDATE I just had a nice long phone conversation with one of the head honchos over at ATF. There IS an announcement supposed to be posted today, but it's a STUDY. It's similar to one released 20 years ago, and clarifies the non importable features. As far as the Saiga 12, it should be safe, as the study identifies shotguns with detachable magazines with a capacity over 5 rounds, or drums. Since the Saiga is imported with 5 round mags, it does NOT fall into this category. #2 on the list was a bayonet lug. Know what has those? 1897 trench gun copies...and even though they're a repli

Without using direct quotes or names, I have word from one of the NFA examiners at ATF. He said he knows nothing of anything coming out tomorrow (but that doesn't mean it isn't) and said that if it did, he can't imagine the Saiga being affected since it comes in completely neutered. He also was familiar with Prince Law and said that they're known for tin foil hat rumors.

One of the guys on another forum posted this, it is NOT mine to take credit for: A little history ... The "sporting use" concept was not, of course, in the original Second Amentment. It first appeared in gun legislation when Congress passed the Gun Control Act of 1968. It has continued, and grown in influence, ever since. Everyone is correct, it should be challenged in court. The problem is that a court challenge must be done in federal court, and the cost of doing so is well into six figures (if you're lucky, you can squeak by with a $250,000 war chest). And no one is willing to i

AK-47 brass butane lighters
Wakko replied to KC913's topic in Unsorted Ads prior to November 2012 (WTS / WTT)
Got my lighters today. Yep, I did call LE, and they went and spoke to his mom, then to KC on the phone, I believe. Less than a week later, we have our lighters, and KC can post again. Go figure. -

Well, next time someone takes your money with nothing in return, and you get your panties in a wad, we will certainly remind you to take your meds. The rest of us actually VALUE our money and the word of others. -

I call bullshit, and it irritates me that you say "tin foil hat" because we're feeling ripped off. After sporadic contact and stories after payment, KC disappears off the forum. The whole "I don't have internet" is a lame excuse. There are plenty of free places to log on, and plenty more cheap places. If I was holding money of others', I would pay the 30 cents a minute to log on and make my apologies. I sent him an email two weeks ago and never heard back. I wasn't vocalizing the extent of my annoyance, since the dollar amount is low, but I don't like it when folks think I'm out of lin -

I think you would have luck with PayPal first if that is who you used to send payment. Filing suit or whatever with law would take longer and likely cost you. You can file complaints through paypal. Nope, we screwed ourselves by sending the funds as a gift. I won't do THAT again. -

We need to know how many folks actually sent him money, so we know how much we're dealing with. I paid via PP gift for two lighters.
