Cobra is cooking some HOT F'n ass chili right now, in tribute to Carroll Shelby! Long live the king, and yes I'm using one of his Shelby chili starter packs just for this pot! Maybe it will turn into a new "quick chili" recipe I use again, who knows...it's different most every time.

Wassup Chile! Sometimes I just wing it and don't worry 'bout writing down. Sometimes write it down just in case. Sometimes too many things goin on to worry 'bout it and it gets cooked and eaten before time to even think about it...lol.

Got a few really good chili recipe books, and online faves, some really good ones on here even, including yours! I'm pretty open minded where cookin is concered, and chili is somethin easy to experiment and try different things with. I've been in chili cookoffs where the "judges" were so damn dfar all over the place it's ridiculous to try and stick to any serious traditional chili genres... Unlike BBQ, I can enjoy all different regional and imaginative recipes with ch...
