  1. It's not a real poll without 'pie'.... sorry I forgot
  2. I have feeling this thread is about to become littered with "Got mine today" posts. Keep 'em coming Mike
  3. Please do! I already know how I would vote.... Should I start a thread with a poll about whether or not this thread needs a poll?
  4. This thread NEEDS A POLL! Poll question: Is the Tac47 plug a copy of the Gunfixer plug? Suggested Poll choices: 1- It is a copy and Tac47 needs to design something more distinguishable from the Gfxr plug 2- No. Gunfxr needs to get over it and drop his price to compete Just a thought.... sit back and let the forum body decide. I have no dog in the fight and no preference for either company. This is purely in jest, but it would be entertaining.... No offense to either of you guys. I truly believe you are both assets to this S12 platfrom.
  5. I like the stock plug, but yes, TAC47 totally jipped your Gfxr plug. I really expected to see them do something a little more original. I thought were probably more ethical than that. Did you have a patent on the design?
  6. With the last price increase, my bill is close to $130 for basic cable and internet. I'm wondering if I can get more for my money elsewhere.
  7. I am pleased with Comcast service, but the bill kicks my a$$. I'm looking to save a little money on internet and TV, so I am considering ATT. Anyone have Uverse? Like it.... hate it, what do you think? There are gamers in the house and generally about 4 laptops going too. Any suggestions/opinions welcome. Thank you!
  8. Crybabies, Have a nice day Thank you Mike! I don't give a shit if you would have filled my order dead last. I appreciate the opportunity to get your excellent quality evl products at an incredible price! When does the Doublestack pre-order start?
  9. Raidersfan posted "proof" of when I ordered a few posts up. My order was in the 14k range. The good news is that things are leaving Mike's facility. Patience .... You never know, he could be saving the orders of the people that bitch for very last. Pics? I'll post a link to a new video on Sunday night if all goes well. It will be something like "Saiga 12 MD-20 100 round dump".... my shoulder can't wait OK. I'll play. Here is a pic of the stuff I didn't recieve and fondle....
  10. Just trying to help Done yet? Oh yeah, I did that on a bench grinder. Try to just take off a little at a time and cool the hammer with water often.
  11. I did not recieve and fondle my 5 MD-20s, 3 MOLOT grips, and 3 Tapco grip screw sets today Thank you Mike.... I smell a 100 round MD-20 drum dump video brewing on Father's Day. My daughter found a place out in BFE that we are welcome to raise hell at. This will be my best Father's Day ever.... BTW Mike, Not sure if you are a Dad, but Happy Father's Day!
  12. If your Mossy can do this .... you should keep it.
  13. Near to far: stock S12, reprofiled Tromix mod'd G2, Tapco G2 fresh out of the box This is a pretty good pic of where to grind (other than relief for the BHO) Reprofiled hammer before smoothing it out The geometry of the factory hammer is different than the G2. Copying the striking face of the factory hammer doesn't quite work out right.
  14. Assuming you have the spring in there correctly, the spring may need a little tweaking. Just bend it inward a little and see if it works. If it still comes off of the trigger, bend it a little more. Small steps.... I have a feeling you may see problems related to hammer profile. After my first S12, I do not even bother with wasting time going to the range without reprofiling the hammer. I was getting occasional light strikes before reprofiling. If you need some good pics of what to do and where, pm me. I'll be happy to help. I do not recall anyone reporting slam fire except with the re
  15. nope...my fuck up... Well.... we can share responsibility. I did screw up the apt #. I hate that it happened, but it's still kinda funny how we both screwed something up
  16. Well.... I bought one triangle folder and attempted to buy another one, but just realized I screwed up the address on the envelope and the MO. Hopefully it will make it back to me and I can 'correctly' pay for the stock. This has got to be the dumbest thing I've done in a long time. Shit happens and as many MOs as I send out, I'm surprised it hasn't happened already.
  17. For those that have recieved their orders from MD, was any tracking info sent to you or did your order just show up? Was signature required for package release? I'm trying to figure out whether I need to be here or not.
  18. I know we aren't talking about Glocks or 1911s here, but both of my 9mm Glocks +2 spare mags and my Delta Gold Cup +1 spare mag stay loaded to max capacity 24-7. I take them to the range maybe once a year and have no problems out of the mags. I'm not sure I would see a good reason to leave any non-wind up drum loaded for long periods of time though. If someone came out with a windup drum, I would probably buy one and leave it loaded and unwound.
  19. Tony, I'm very confident that I had the old one. So the new Tromix DIY might facilitate use of grips other than the SAW? If I want to order one, what would be the best way to ensure that it was the new goof-proof version? BTW no offense taken and thank you again for helping me with the other guard, even when it was my fault evl.... I don't know where this SAW grip only thing comes from. I tried the SAW grip and thought it was a flimsy piece of crap. Off it went and Ive used 4 different AK specific grips on mine and all fit with 5 seconds worth of trimming of the bezel. Iv
  20. I like the size of the 8 and 10 round mags.... the 12s are really long. I have had good luck with my AGP and Surefires. I think it just boils down to what size you like.
  21. This is pure speculation. I would guess that they are going through the orders in order. The ones that are paid in full immediately get filled and shipped as they get to them. The orders that require more funds probably get added to the 'contact for final payment' list and they press onward adding to the list and getting paid orders out the door. As many people have ordered and still have a balance to pay, I would assume that list has thousands of people on it. Since order info is not the same, they have to notify each customer with an individual email. I wouldn't want the job of figuring out

  23. I spend a lot of time scouring the net and I have never seen any.... that weren't painted. Rattle can time....
