there are several finishes, it just depends on which you order. I picked HK black (a duracoat finish)

How do I tell when my saiga was made? There is a small "01" stamped on the left side of the reciever, does that indicate 2001? Hope my rail gets here soon, im dying to see it on my gun. I hope it fits...

Okay, I was messing with my gun earlier this week and while trying to decipher what some of the slots on the "pill" tool could do (will post later with pics) I found out that I can make the bolt on my saiga stay in the rear position, as if I had a BHO. Well I dont, its just a normal import no mods yet. The bolt is in the rear position but it is not secure enought to where I would want to put my fingers inside. If you jostle the gun or thump the stock, whatever is catching lets go. I also found that if I inserted a fiver that if i did it just right (meaning not thumping or jostling), once the m

Package deal huh? Like the Stock AND folding mechanism? Yeah I thought 180 was a bit much for a stock, even if I was going to shell it out anyway. I figured that they were milking the fact that its US made and in limited quantity. Then again I dont really know how much a good poly stock goes for. Damn it! The hinge mech has already gone up. I just dont like skeletonized stocks at all, im going to see if i can get Tomovich to mod my s12 like his (when i get some scratch together). I like the left folding solid poly stock like on the s12 c's. Still looks better than mine..heh.

i just figured for an extra 15 bucks i couldnt go wrong, anodized aluminium vs duracoat aluminium....the duracoat will make a nice buffer to the elements. Do you know what your going to put on yours yet? Im looking at a folding vert grip, EOtech, light.

Mmmmmm......titties. Anyway Its so damn hard to get slugs here. When they come in I can only find about 2 boxes, I always considered making them myself. This sounds like a great side project to start up. Post the pics when youve got a second and keep us updated on how they shoot (probably fine).
