WildBill3/75 replied to Sharky's topic in Vepr-12
How much exactly were you charged? I've been eyeing the vepr 12 folder with all the hardware minus pistol grip and front hand guards for £279...which he says"Appx $370 for US market " I used a currency converter...thats $445....no where near $370. -
WOW !!! We need close up Pic's and what parts you used to make this thing look Factory Fresh.. Sharky I used factory parts Where did you aquire those parts? I'd love to mod mine to factory specs.

WTS S12 MOLOT GK01 Brake
WildBill3/75 replied to SABOTAGE's topic in Firearm Parts & Accessories (WTS / WTT)
If deals falls through I'll take it. -
7075 billet. Same exact material the Russian one is made of that we have. We also put 3000 rounds through it before we plated it with the super tough Nituf hard plating. Thanks for the response. 7075 is a good strong aluminum and the only thing that kept me from ordering one....I am suprised you didn't state this earlier as others were wondering what aluminum it was made out of.

I'd love to have one.

I have my doubts...they won't even state what kind of aluminum it is made out of.... http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?/topic/80698-aluminum-muzzle-brakes/ I don't want a muzzle brake to blowup in my face...I hope it doesn't happen to you.

The FCG retaining pins each have a notch cut into them that the hooked retaining piece sits into, locking the in place. I got the FCG free by taking a flat blade screwdriver and gently prying the notched part of the reining piece tell the back part came off of the rail it locks onto then pulled up straight up and it came free.

Iron 808 Thanks for the info man...I saw they had a US made one but they failed to give details about it. The reason I want the real deal Molot GK-01 is it is made from forged aluminum....I have no idea what the american knockoff is made out of. Also "odd man out" I obviously did some research.....Just because I'm "new" on this forum doesn't automatically make me a dumbshit. I made an account HERE because I couldn't find the answer on my own and though that since I'm looking for a Russian muzzle brake for my vepr 12 this might be the best place to find answers. Thanks for the extremely he

Hello, Anyone got a connection in Russia or know where I can get one? I did a search and a user called Samal was selling them for $160 on here but their user name looks to be inactive as I can't send them a PM. russiansurplus.net is sold out and wants $200 firespeedtactical isn't to bad at $172 but doesn't answer their emails.....so I have my doubts with them. Thanks
