just in pin grove no were else. could give it a shot and redrill but ultimately you need to weld it up to do it right because forces and heat put on the barrel and gas tube . the groove is not that deep I dont think there is enough for jb to stick to my opinion. but if you have carrier ware you have more issue than just a canted block.

+1, that is only way to do it right. weld it, realign it, and redrill it. diy only if got welding skills & a drill press. if not leave to professional. but if you have on carrier that seems to be more than a canted block to me......

pea gravel pea gravel is real. zombies only bite and claw and don't use weapons..... lol if pea gravel stop's your gun then turn upside down give it a shake try it again if no go, then use your door breacher if got one..... if that fails..... grab barrel and swing for head.... works for humans and zombies...... don't know if it will work on ten foot giant.....but you can use rifle sling and pea gravel or stone.....lol

find the sweet spot then yep clean both parts very good with brake clean and locttite let it dry for at least 12 hrs then shoot it.

did you play with your auto plug after drilling the rail? how far is in is set screw for your auto plug mine is almost bottomed out. have you done any polishing or reprofiling ?

hum......iam having same problem with my top rail haven't tried shooting with rail off though, but I will try it if it does fire wally ammo then this drilling this open should fix it.... make sure you degrease both threads on gun and bolts before you apply Loctite to them this is your problem..... if you do this it wont come loose .... clean them with brake clean and cloth when you don't see no more black on threads it is clean then apply a drop blue Loctite and toque it down and wait 12-24 hrs to cure and then shoot they will not come loose again.

well I been using krylon fusion or sem cans or out of a gun. spray dies they bond to plastic and don't come off as long as prep is right. clean parts with denatured alcohol or break clean you want to pull all oils and release agents out plastics clean them very well Ive done 200+ car interiors over years not one ever came back. as for RIT die never tried on any "plastic" when I used this stuff on material the black turns purpleish color. plastic is not porus.

you could paint them black with kylon fusion black paint it all plastic parts it will stick great cost you maybe $14.00 your time.
