Will and Red Jacket are just the subject of the show, he is not the Director and Producer. I would be silly of anyone to blame him for the Hollywood touches that have been added to make the show of interest to a wide range of people. Even he warned of this way back when they started this venture. I wish him great luck with it!

I think the idea that a tread, particularly one that is attempting to resolve a problem for many people, say the 7.62x25mm Glock conversion should be revived anytime someone has new information. Failing to do this means answering some of the same questions again! On the other hand, with t rival or dated matters, it is pointless. I see no logic in the idea that no thread should be revived, folks just need to exercise some judgment.

Maybe I am reading a different thread here, but he stated in the original post that he can buy two Romo AK's for the price of 1 decently converted Saiga and quoted $400. I brought up WASR's because I haven't seen any other Romanian AK's available in the $400 range including SAR-1's for quite a while (maybe 3-4 years or so). A quick look on Centerfire Systems, J&G Sales, SOG, Atlantic and others doesn't show an abundance of Romanian AK's in the $400 price range other than WASR's. The worst thing that every happened to the Romanian AK was to be imported by Century. That is why every AK noob thinks that all Romys are the same as the Century crud. Absolutely, look at the little circle of hate that has formed here as a hit team for anyone that does not embrace their agenda. The names of these trolls can be found in the Negative 1s they leave behind in threads where they are not even part of the debate. If you really want to create a harmonious board consider kicking these trolls to the curb. They are a very small vocal minority and add noting of merit. Many have already been banned on other gun boards.

Right now I am on my CF-29 Toughbook dual-booting Win7 Pro and Backtrack, a distro of Ubuntu Linux. It is only a CF-29N Mk5, 1.6GHz Centrino with 2.25 GB RAM, yet, with Linux it really rocks compaired to Win7.

Just switch to Ubuntu Linux, if only as a dual boot and just for use for your Internet browser, you will not be sorry. The Mac is a waste of time and money in my opinion. Linux is free! It is not virus proof, but seriously, it will no longer be a big concern.
