I just recently got my S12. It shot low brass extremely well right out of the box (gas setting 2) with no FTE. I put my chaos titan extended rail on and it FTE's every single round. I see there's a small port on the left side of the gas block that's covered by the rail. Would this have anything to do with it? If that's the case, do I just need to drill the rail to match up with the port? I did the paperclip in the port hole check. There's 3 holes, all accessible with the paperclip in a 45 degree angle.

01/06/14 UPDATE: Price dropped to $50 shipped. 01/02/14 UPDATE: Posting this on the Vepr Forum too now. Guys, this is a steal! Chaos had this rail at $85 + shipping over the holidays and I priced mine here to match that (-used item), but Chaos is back selling these at $99.99. Also, this thing doesn't even have a single major scratch on it. I even cleaned and lightly oiled it for you! I am selling this used Chaos tri-rail will all the hardware. It definitely has signs of use, but is in overall great condition. Because Chaos rails are modular, you can get a top or extended top rail from the

Cameron, I have to tell you how pleased I am with the Chaos Saiga AK Quad Rail. I purchased it just a few days ago, and the order arrived within days. The fit and finish are perfect. The install was a piece of cake, and I am only a novice. With a little dab or locktight, it is solidly connected -- no rattle whatsoever. Thanks again. It is a pleasure to deal with you on this because the product and service are top notch.

For sale, NIB, never mounted Chaos Tri-rail for Saiga 12s. I decided to go another direction with the gun so it's time to clear out the safe and make way for new parts =) MSRP $100, I'd like $80 plus shipping, I'll also throw in 3 Knights armament rail covers (used) for good measure. I'll also consider trades for the following Saiga 12 bits: Magwells, Magazines, Any CNC pistol grip adapters... Thanks! Rob

I have a Saiga12 (Legion Import) S12 that I am unable to get a Tri or quad rail forfend for due to size and shape of gas block tube. It has a 2 position gas dial in front, an ak style flip rear sight, and a hinged rear cover with permanent rail attached. Conversion completed p/t purchase. I have very limited grip in my hands due to a spinal cord injury after breaking my neck in 2010, and have to have a forward pistol type grip to be able to hold the gun, which I presently only have a rear pistol grip. I wanted the Chaos rail with HK type sights, but unfortunately none will fit, per Cameron fro

Hello, New to the forum and figured I would start out by testing the waters to see if anyone has a Chaos Porkypine available. Looking for one that is either new in the box or just in really nice shape. Will pay well for one... I see they've been going for $100 to $150. I don't mind spending $150 to $200, depending on condition. Thanks! Chad

WTS: Chaos Extended Quad-Rail
Casp posted a topic in Unsorted Ads prior to November 2012 (WTS / WTT)
I recently fell into possession of a Chaos 13" extended quad-rail for the Saiga-12. This is the one with the solid, single-piece top rail and no sights. Since I don't have a Saiga to stick it on, and I don't particularly like quads, I'm not really interested in hanging onto it. The previous owner had a black enamel finish put on to make it "more closely match the color of the gun" (his statement, not mine,) and because he didn't like how bright the "CHAOS U.S.A." insignias appeared. The insignia lettering is still clearly visible. It also appears he had to trim the rear-lower receiver -
Ok my Saiga 12 ran ok out of the box even on low brass . On the 5 rd clip the last round always failed to eject. I bought an auto plug, Tapco puck, Chaos titian quad rail, and a 6 position collapsable stock to dress it up. Now it is under gassed to the point it will not eject any rounds. The Autoplug was screwed all the way down to the highest gas setting and still nothing. My system is a 3 port gas system that i was able to run a paper clip threw. I have attached a few pictures of the chaos rail. The one rear exhaust port on the gas block appears to be blocked by the quad rail. Could this

From the album: Chaos Saiga Rifle Rail
I have seen quite a few different hand-guards, forearms, and rail systems. They were different designs, different level of detail, and different quality… But I must say that when it comes to “rail systems”, Cameron (Chaos, LLC) takes them into the category of ART!!! These are very thought through and incredibly well designed rails! I am yet to see a single rail system from Chaos that I did not like! Hi All, I would like to hear some reviews on the Chaos quad rail for the Saiga 7.62 from those of you who have experience with it. What are your impressions? What type of optics and or other devices have you found that work well with the rail? I have ordered one and would like to know what type of optics fit the rail the best and work well for short-medium range. Red dot? Holo? Please offer some suggestions. Much appreciated! Thanks!

ALL SOLD I have 1 used Chaos Extended Quad Rail left for sale. Neither one is tapped for HK sights. Both are in good shape, but have been mounted and have had red dot sights mounted to them. This is the last one available. Please note the the vertical scratches on the left side where the two parts meet. I'm asking $70, shipped USPS Priority Mail. Paypal, or USPS money order. First "I'll take it" gets it. Edited to add the picture showing remaining rail.
