micah360 6
Well I think I finally got my 308 the way I want it! It was a 22" this morning, now it's a threaded 16" with a kick-ass muzzle break. Forum member Rick-16 did the muzzle chop and threading today in his "gunsmith garage". He made the muzzle break too. Quality work and very fast too!!! Thanks Rick! Rick actually sells these breaks and other cool breaks too. Check him out. micah360 6
Nice! Where did you score the wood furniture? The handguard is factory. The pistol grip is Polish (I think). Damn, that is one gorgeous rifle! Make sure you get yerself a recoil pad. The FSE recoil pad fits it perfectly. But, I'm hoping that the muzzle break will do all the recoil work instead. Hunter78 1
Verry nice! Does that stock fold? only suggestions would be to vent the handguard and polish the bolt carrier.
micah360 6
Does that stock fold? Nope... it's dosen't fold. I set up the swivel to look like it's a folder though. It's an FSE fixed polymer stock.

nycGUNguy 61
Beautiful job there. A true work of art. I like the look of the black and tan. Makes me want to go out and add an S-308 to my CETME, L1A1, and 1943 Garand!!! If only I didn't have to pay the mortgage today .
MD_Willington 11
Awesome machine you have there micah360. I have a question about the stock, where did you pick it up, and how much was it. Also, what are the dimensions on it if you don't mind measuring it. Thanks MD
micah360 6
It cost me $75 and I bought it on the for sale section here about 2-3 weeks ago. It's 9.5" from the end of the receiver. A tad longer than a Warsaw and a little shorter than a Nato.
