Cobra 76 two 2,677 Posted June 12, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 12, 2008 UPDATE Thanks a lot for all the prayers and kind words y'all. I got this message from my bro about Doug's progress. (His nickname is Slug BTW...the way he drives I have no idea how he got that name..lol) whats up' I went to see the slug at the hospital saturday. He is doing really good for what he went through. I think he might be going home later this week. They took his crushed arm bones out and put in cadaver bone and stapled his arm back up. He doesn't even have a cast on. and can move his hand some. he is talking slow a little spacey but that is the pain killers. He doesn't remember any of the crash or even going there Sounds like he's coming along. I'm glad he doesn't remember anything. That will help a lot when he climbs back in his dragster.
