loki0629 55
People seem to be asking for these and apparently a company is already making them. I am in no way affiliated with this group or their website but merely passing on info I found on the net. Will not fit the .223 variants though. http://www.coloradoshootingsports.com/AKLB.html Mods, if this is against the rules, please delete.
Cobra 76 two 2,677
Isn't that the same one I saw in Jim Fuller's section before? (Rifle Dynamics)Or was that Suarez's section?

That was a rifle dynamics gun that used a Magpul Masada charging handle on each side.
avnate 335
Yes it is (Rifle Dynamics)..... We are looking into getting teamed up with Colorodo Shooting Sports as well, it would make a great compliment to the AR mag adapter.
Saigaczech 9
Way over priced for what you get. I see no real need for this mod at this time. Read the article in a magazine and viewed the website and associated videos. I will keep my AKs the way that Uncle "Misha" designed them.
topmaul 42
I think it's fine the way it is.
lonerider 1
You can get 1000 rounds for that!!
22_Shooter 1,560
I thought that regular AK bolts and Saiga bolts aren't swappable anyway.
BattleRifleG3 16
If that's a price for a complete bolt carrier, piston, and cover made completely in the US, then it's not horrible. One step closer to an American AK. BUT there's a reason reciprocating charging handles are on the right and only non-reciprocating handles are on the left. They failed to mention that using this bolt carrier rules out the use of the receiver scope rail.

I DID contact them and the parts are NOT made nor marked in the USA. They are modified original parts.

What about this option from Cadiz (VanKiller) which IS removable and would allow for a receiver side mounted scope if desired. steveb327 13
As a Southpaw, that's a very cool mod, and thanks for posting the link. But, I have to agree, $225?!?! Maybe it's not that bad, as someone pointed out, but that's 4 more mags.......and a few boxes to fill 'em. Still cool, though. Steve
