gmorgan 2
Anybody know anything about the type of shotgun used in the shootings of the 5 Jersey City, New Jersey police officers, it's reported that the shotgun was "not a normal shotgun", that it was "meant to hunt nothing other than men". Christ I hope it's not a S-12, bad enough that 5 good guys get shot but to get it with one of ours is just to much, the only good thing in this tragedy is that the two animals doing the shooting are taking the long sleep. The anti's will have a field day with this if it was an S-12. "This individual came fully ready to go to war with us," the chief said at a news conference. "This is not a normal shotgun ... and he decided to put these cops under fire."

BronCobraJet 80
I was wondering the same thing. I read an msnbc story that said it was a pump shotgun. In the same story they said it was an auto shotgun. They also said it was not a normal shotgun and was only made for killing men.
Snoofer 138
this article says... "Police said the gun used in the shooting was reported stolen in North Carolina two years ago. It's the kind typically used by law enforcement." http://news.aol.com/article/cops-hurt-in-n...ootout%2F574692
Reverendfranz 160
So then they mean that the police typically use firearms meant only for hunting men? Well isnt that a fuzzy thought from the media. Makes me feel all warm inside. Kirk out.
HarvKY 72
Why are you posting the exact same thread in 2 different sections? Harv

22_Shooter 1,560
Saw this on another forum, and I think it's BS. A pump is now for "hunting men"? Everyone they interviewed for this article is retarded.

They use one of the normal self defense guns we have, probably. You know, when they aren't man-hunting.

SOPMOD 254
A Mossberg 500 is an obsolete "Duck Gun",I wonder what they would call our Saigas? Those guys bunched up and got served by some oxygen thief because they were poorly trained. Pathetic
