wow, for you guys who are waiting a long long time, (more than 3 monthes, up to 6) your examiner is the guy who gets overloaded with crap because he's the "head" examiner who deals with problems. So my suggestion is let your dealer know wtf is going on so they can change who the examiner is, or take your business elsewhere so you can get a faster turn around. Russ Jone's 48 day turn around is CRAZY FAST compared to the average...

Yes, by calling (304) 616-4500, you will also need the items serial number. Whomever answers the phone will talk you through the rest.

btw, as you can see the norm wait time is somewhere around 3-4 months. What are you sending in paper work for?...sbr, sbs, ect?

At the end of last year I got a can and a SBR stamp right around 1 month after the Checks being cashed, about a 2 month turnaround.

I have started 4 transfers (1st- smg+can, 2nd- 107ur SBR and 10" S12 SBS) this year and it took 2 months for the ones I sent in january to go pending! There is no need for me to copy, paste, fill in the blank because by the time i get my items my post will be un-editable.. But I will for sure post when I receive.

I think Im going to send them out individually next time, Does this make a difference?

btw mine are on a Trust

JMac,

Basically, you would just keep pasting in the new data as I have with updates. And yes, there is a difference in the timeline depending what route you use, individual, RLT, LLC, CORP, ect.

well I was told 3 weeks is about the norm, but was lead to believe the time when I sent off for it that people were getting form 3's and 4's done faster than usual due to lower volume of paperwork....guess not huh? it'll be 5 weeks by the end of this week...

My average has been 3 months...I just got lucky with my MAC. :smoke: I have seen reports of up to 6 months. Check here for more info....
