I am looking to update my mix as I've been listening to basically the same stuff since 4th grade e.g. GNR and Metallica. Anyway, here are the last 3 songs I heard today on my IPod (its actually a Creative Zen, but whatever) ...

1.) Soldiers - Drowning Pool

2.) Gimme Shelter - The Rolling Stones

3.) Thunder Kiss '65 - White Zombie

I've had Pokerface's "I'd rather die than be your slave" on repeat in the car. My daughter is 2, and is starting to sing along! Pokerface is kinda local to us, so I won't cry if y'all have never heard of them, but the SPLC hates 'em, so they must be doing SOMETHING right!

Another fave is "Know your enemy" by Rage

ALWAYS have room for David Allen Coe, Shooter Jennings, and of course Hank(s).

Add a dash of Disturbed and Five fingwer death punch for good measure. (Hubby likes it more than me- we split an IPod)

I actually just gave my iPod to my mom as an extra gift for Mother's Day. She's been wanting one, and I've rarely used mine in the last year.

But before I wiped it clean, I had about 800+ MP3's on it. Many songs from pretty much every genre known to man.
