smithwr3 0
I talked to one of RAAC's distributors today, Saturday, 5 Nov 05, and asked about the pricing and availability of the newly imported Saiga's. The distributor is Gunsmoke and they are in Crawfordville, FL. You can get their contact information from the RAAC website here. They will get theirs in mid-December. Here's the cash price list: 12 gauge $389.95 410 $279.95 7.62x39 $259.95 223 $269.95 308 $359.95 100-series 308 $449.95 30-06 will be coming in later I can't wait to get myself a 12 gauge. I've got a 20 and a 7.62 in the EAA-imported guns. Now to get some money together and find a good gunsmith to do some conversions....
AegisDei 2
Any word on magazine prices?
expeditionx 1
I called up gunsmoke and asked a price for the bars 4-1 rifle. He said there was no such import from RAA. I said its listed on their website and he said the only only ones he knows of to be brought in soon are the semi-auto 7.62x39,.223,.308, 12 gauge, 20 gauge, and .410 saiga's. Hes a little in the dark about the whole picture.

LeadMonkey 0
Not that Iam complaing about it but the prices seem a little inflated. Anyone have any opinions on the prices dropping after the first few shippments? Just trying to figure out the right time to buy. cvasqu03 21
Actually, those prices seem just about in line with what they were before the shortage. I think this is great news. Let's just hope it pans out.

Tiny 2
At $219 I don't think that I'll be picking up that knife any time soon. But I'm in for some S-12 mags. I also think that I might pick up another S-12, a S-223 and a S-308 when I get my tax return or . Edited November 8, 2005 by Tiny
LeadMonkey 0
I had snagged my eaa x39 for 199.99 wish I would have got a chance to buy the 12 for 259.99 at the time. All well time to break the piggy bank.
cassetcd 0
Hello all, I did a quick search and I couldn't find any rules prohibiting this sort of post. If I overlooked something, mods please feel free to delete this post. I am a dealer in KY, and I noticed that I work with a couple of the distributors listed. I checked 'em out, and here's what I found on shotguns & mags. Keep in mind these are true dealer cost, no shipping, no mark up, etc. I am posting this just for your reference - IOW, to help keep you from getting the shaft. Hope it helps someone. BattleRifleG3 16
Dang that's expensive. But thanks very much for letting us know what it will really cost our dealers so we'll know we're not getting shafted, that they really do cost that much. Mag prices aren't impressive either, at all. NoTreason4 0
I'm pretty sure I've seen that knife for less than $219. Here it is for $129 http://www.redsoldier.com/index.asp?PageAc...ProdID=393&HS=1 And here it is for $86: http://store.tradingpostsupply.com/yhst-12...3/ea170315.html And here's one for $90:http://www.dallastacticalsupply.com/itemdetails.asp?itemid=EA170315 I would have sworn I saw it on Cheaper than dirt or sportsman's guide, but I can't seem to find it there now. Wolverine 10,360
Good find NoTreason4. That is a much better price. I would strongly consider at that price but not at over $200. More of a Saiga novelty piece than anything else.

Unknown Poster 5
There's no new saiga's yet because i've been a lookin. I'm saving my nickles and i'm saving my dimes but its not saiga time. There's none in sight yet and i'm starting to worry. First they said September, then October, buts it November. Are they jerking our Turkey. I haven't heard December yet but I can't remember. Now I hear its mid December. Its getting old but so we been told. Maybe they mean't 2006 because 2005 is almost over. I was hoping Santa was gonna bring it over. But I don't think he has any new saiga's yet either. All I want is a 30-06 and maybe an S-12. So i told his Elf. Maybe it can be in a kit form and we could assemble it? If they would just make it. We see the prices so maybe they aren't faking it. Who knows how the story really goes. All i know its not like we've been told. Its gone on for so long now the all the wishing and hoping is long gone. So i'm saving my nickles and saving my dimes and i'm hoping maybe soon it will be Saiga time...zzzzzzz They better get here quick before i jump off the Saiga ship. Having availability is the key to filling our needs. Its time to Sh!t or get off the pot for the seat is too hot. The 9.3x64 isn't even here so my secret "to me from me" christmas present just ain't gonna happen. I'm gonna tell Santa to start slappin. Toad442 0
NOW, I really wish I had bought one of the S-12s off of CDNN back when they were $269.

Im not sure if they are a dealer or just a importer. RAAC is the importer using s distributer network for sales. Here is RAAC web site and listing of distributors. http://www.raacfirearms.com/distributors.htm There are two dealers that frequent this forum who are taking pre-orders on the S-12 shotties that remain in high demand. Good luck. Wolverine
