XD45 7,124
Other than the fact that the media are stupid or liars. Both actually, but we already knew that... The lesson is... Don't put your felony bait in a public storage unit. http://losangeles.cbslocal.com/2015/09/28/hundreds-of-military-grade-machine-guns-ammunition-seized-in-fontana/
Sim_Player 1,939
Good thing they have that tough-looking police truck behind the pile of super-scary nuclear assault weapons. This is an example of exemplary reporting. Fact-seeking at it's very best! (yawn) California is so pathetic.
XD45 7,124
Seeing that pile of military grade bolt action machine guns made me pee a little.
Sim_Player 1,939
Sounds like some of those AKs may have been highly modified. Edited September 29, 2015 by Sim_Player

SuRrEaLNJ 182
What I notice is they separated the ask and ak looking things and then everything else is like we don't care throw it in a pile, but this one, this one over here suits our agenda and needs to lay on its own
VR762Shooter 838
Worst part is they'll destroy them all and most of those look like nice collectibles
james lambert 3,059
Obvious that the bulk of the firearms are antique and collectibles. I would have to get very specific facts about what else he had before any rush to judgement (either way) That said,, who can trust anything from californicated media
VR762Shooter 838
That said,, who can trust anything from californicated media One of the biggest problem with that place. You can't even trust that what they report is from the police, as their media prefers to just tell what they want rather than actual facts
XD45 7,124
What are you saying? Hundreds of military grade machine guns is not a fact? Look at the picture!

lumberman 116
Hate to go against the grain regarding what type of weapons these may be but, this gentleman is a felon -- at least one may assume so due to the federal probation for manufacturing -- and should have not been in possession of any firearms. I have a friend that, due to a mistake, made a bad choice in a woman years ago and has a felony conviction. I will not let him shoot with us until he can provide paperwork showing me he can possess a firearm. Case closed.
gunfun 3,931
If it has been years, he can probably get a firearms rights restoration. The going rate in WA is about $2500, and can be combined with vacating his criminal record for a little more. The two tasks involve mostly the same work, so doing both at once is efficient.

A 1/2 mile dia snowball (ocean impact), a plague out break and maybe the volcano in the Azores sliding into the sea would be a good start. One at time a few quarters apart should be enough. So in answer to your question, yes. Just need a little help from space.
patriot 7,197
Did you notice, the boltguns were all in a big haphazard pile. The semi or full autos ( can't tell in the pic) were laid out for display, the ammo was stacked higher in the foreground,, making it appear to be more than it was. Hell, I don't see any actual ammo, just crates and cans. They could be empty. I have a bunch of empty ammo cans I use for this and that. This wasn't reporting. This was an opinion piece design to rile up the natives.
