454496 71
Would that be considered a pistol?
BobAsh 582
Would that be considered a pistol? No, it's an AOW.
Klassy Kalashnikov 1,393
Looks nice but I hope it comes with a black handguard
Bvamp 604
in some states, this AOW must be attached to your pistol permit...usually must happen when you can only own pistols with a concealed carry permit. still AOW and still a 5$ tax stamp, not the 200$ SBS tax stamp or classification..... Boba Debt 350
How much is a gun like that?
clifton 354
1 million dollars....
VanKiller 322
The base price on the AOW 12 ga. starts at $1825.
454496 71
So kind of hoops do regular people have to jump through with the ATF to own a AOW like that? Like what forms and just $5?
VanKiller 322
The same as any other NFA item. Form 4 and photo and fingerprint card.
corbin 621
Pretty sweet Tom! I think Brian will be getting one of these soon. I'll have to check it out. Does it run a single large port or a few smaller ones? Corbin

I'm changing a couple of dimensions for the "Dinzag Special" you might want to order one before it gets announced, cause I think the list might fill up fast........ I don't have my trust set up yet and I know the local Sheriff & PD refuse to sign off, so I'll need to get the trust thing going first. If MI allowed for SBR & SBS, I'd be getting those. Sigh. Was just curious about how much stuff to expect in the gas tube.
VanKiller 322
The 12 ga in the little vid is one of my new "Self-cleaning" models and has about 1/2 the build-up in the gas system as prior models.
Boba Debt 350
How bad ass would that be in the bull pup configuration Would it still be considered a AOW or would be an SBS?
Nailbomb 10,221
Very cool. What kind of ammo are you shooting in that vid?
VanKiller 322
I was using Winchester slugs, Fiochhi bird shot, and Rem buckshot.
corbin 621
How bad ass would that be in the bull pup configuration Would it still be considered a AOW or would be an SBS? I think that as long as it doesn't had a stock on it, it would still be an AOL. Sorta like the old Bushmaster 223 pistol. Probably quite butt heavy though.
VanKiller 322
The AOW's are a go for New York....
Nailbomb 10,221
The AOW's are a go for New York.... Really? Now don't take this the wrong way... How? I'm overjoyed to learn of this, but I'm curious as to what I missed when going through the laws... Really, REALLY curious...

I remember reading about that a while back because you guys can have Serbu Super Shortys there too. Probably have a hard as hell time getting a CLEO sig in many towns, but some might. Then again there's always creating a Trust too.

Yeah some of these laws are confusing as hell man. We have a very similar weight restriction here too, 50oz unloaded
Nailbomb 10,221
16oz= 1lb 50/16= 3.125LB or 3 1/8LB pretty much the same. Hell maybe my memory is fuzzy, and NY is 3 1/8 too.
Klassy Kalashnikov 1,393
Lol yeah, it's such a pain in the ass dude. The Charger 10/22 is illegal here by 6oz Oh and GAMO Whisper airguns are considered suppressors
