    I've got Golden Tiger 5.45x39. it is non corrosive straight mil spec hard ball. They had it for a while at Gander Mountain. I refuse to tell you what I had to pay!! Do a search for 5.45x39 cartridge and you will see a photo of it!!

    My first recommendation is to check out the NRA list of state gun laws. I would look for a state that has gun ownership written into the state constitution. Then of course the other lack of oppressive laws. My 2 cents. What I can tell you is Illinois is not a good state now and into the future financially. That is also something to look at.     Just soap and water followed by bore cleaner and oil. Keep it simple. If you ever shot Black Powder you would know, it is not the scrubbing that works (thats more a bore cleaner thing) it's just washing the salts away that matters. I used to love using hot water on a black powder barrel because it would dry quickly and the oil just soaked in. With B-P you don't need much bore cleaner, with a high velocity you do to clean the copper out. Good luck and good shooting!

    No you don't have a fluke, you have a good build from CAI and the accuracy is what can be expected as long as the barrel is correct! Your experience mirrors mine.

    I love it and I think if everyone had one it would blur the whole "evil gun" thing. Ok, was not born yesterday, but what the H*ll is the "vertical stock thing"? (ya, ever since Nov. 3rd been drinking more than ever!!!) The tacti-fail, is that a SBR?? did someone pay $200 to do that??? (feds are still laughing on that one!!)

    The congress (House of Reps) can slow down or stop this, ONLY if the people contact them and support them on this. I was wondering when this would happen after NBC purchased the Outdoor network (or whatever it was called) I knew it was only time (so they are really despicable using the cover of this crime). How does NBC and gun/hunting shows jive??? This was inevitable! Now Discovery is another thing, they own the Military channel (which they've ruined as it has nothing Military about it during prime time any more!). I guess it's all reduced to reality shows????
