I personally think this is something that the russians should have on all the imports. It fits very nice and tight, does not slop around, and although it went on a little tight (GOOD THING, IMO!), a little gun grease on the clip, and it slid right on. However, I did try to put it on the wrong way at first (my bad).... This is the best 30.00 I have spent on a piece in a long time. However, YMMV.

The way this whole stock was explained to me is that because the rifle/shotgun comes with this option, and it is one russian part replacing one russian part, there is no 922r issue here. However, I am no lawyer, and I did get the BATFE office to put it in writing for me, and I would recommend that if you are worried you do the same. Read at your own risk. YMMV.

Why not shoot it and see what the recoil is like before starting to buy things? I do not think the recoil is all bad and I have a serious calcium deficiency.... agp mags work fine for me. buy it, shoot it, get what you want to make it look cool for you. no more no less. welcome
