Jerry shot first... It'd be fun to experiment around with reduced power recoil springs & low-velocity tracer handloads for enhanced visual effect. -
Can I get that 'super sized'?

Pets are like family. Even people I've known that express the idea that a dog is a utility animal will show rather more emotional involvement in replacing a dog than any piece of equipment. Sorry for your loss. -

Well, Hot Damn! Thanks, Mike! Here's another for your perusal. The Black Keys, back when they were in top form IMHO. Love the raw, un-distilled garage-rock sound. -
I've got to do some digging through my library & find an article by Dean Grennell. One of my favorite gun writers, he was also an advanced photographer. One rig he used was a medium or large format camera with variable-geometry lenses, allowing crisp detail on an angled subject while using a WFO aperture (with attendant shallow depth of field) by angling the lenses to match subject angle. Something like this IIRC: I should get myself a digital SLR & start playing around again myself, but it's hard to divert disposable funds from ammo/parts/components, etc.

You don't torture a mad dog, you put it down quick & clean. A short dance at the end of a long rope ought to do.

What kind of Rattler is that (region)? Why no pronounced diamond pattern? And the scales are really spread apart. Not the kind we have down here. Not sure. Might be a Western Diamondback? Southwestern Mexican Speckled? I know some snake species can have a pretty wide range of color phases. Found this when searching for rattlesnake logo of some kind to etch on next 80% receiver, to complement the Gadsden on it. Stumbled across this: www.ammunitiondepot.com/Rattlesnake-Ammunition-45-ACP-230-Grain-TMJ-Ammo-p/rt45b-tmj.htm Trying to find reviews, found this: www.diamo

Hey, I have compassion... Aim for the boiler-room or head: send 'em quick, even if the urge is to give them a second belly-button so they can suffer a couple/three days.

Well, got out to the range last week to test more factory loads. Pretty much broken-in now, earlier FTF & lockback failures all cleared up. Federal Powershok 55gr SPs & cheap [relatively speaking] PPU 75 gr BTHP both working reliably in AR & PAP and approaching 2 MOA in either. Got it painted now: avoided the 'kewl' camo scemes & went with ugly/funtional camo. Not a perfect matchfor my AO, but not bad... Rattle-can & sponge-daub technique. Needs more sand color, I think.
