That's a good price. Mine from Kalinka is the auto-brightness model. It has the auto iris. There is no way way to 'set' the brightness. I think that description is describing eight different level of auto brightness.

Don't remember. I'll try and find it. I pretty much googled for it and found one etailer that didn't say 'out of stock'. I emailed them for status and they had several. This was last year. Yes it's the auto brightness one. I mainly bought because it has a black dot if the battery is dead making it still usuable. It's pretty sturdy, except for the on/off swich battery cover. That part seems flimsy but has worked well.

I have a PK-01. Cost me $129. They are hard to find though.

I'm in Indy and am most definately not seedy looking. Maybe I should visit his range with my Tromix.

I bought one of these recently: PK-01 based on a reco from someone on berettaforum.net that also had an S-12. They ship very fast, just make sure you buy batteries as that is the only thing it doesn't come with. I can use it on my Saiga with the included side mount and on my Beretta carbine with the standard weaver rings it also comes with.
