I am aware of the option to receive e-mails when starting a thread but what if one forgets to check it then later wants to receive e-mail notifications? The m2-b does have the vents. I use the green on mine. I also experienced the black and blues after shooting about 100 rds on my .308, I put a standard AK stock set back on a added a grenade launcher recoil buttpad which stopped the bruising. I paid 40 for mine but have seen them around for about $25.

My buffers will work fine on the Saiga .308, just slide it up aginst that metal tab. I believe that tab is a spacer to keep the boltcarrier from going back too far and popping out of the rails.

There is an Ultimak model that fits the Vepr .308, which .308 do you need it for? Both the M1-b and the M2-b fits the SAR-1 fine. I ordered 2 of each and should have them by tomorrow. Anyone know how to set up posts to auto e-mail on replies?

I also have an AMD-65 kit I bought from Tapco that I never did anything with (still in plastic bag), includes everything except the receiver. $70 + actual shipping.

Yes I still produce the green AK buffers (my biggest seller) and they are $12.95 ea. delivered or 3 @ $31.00 delivered. I guarantee them for 5000 rounds but have had reports of them lasting to 9-11K.

I found a couple on E-bay but the ending price was close to $225 for the pair.

HI guys, I make the Blackjack recoil buffers and yes the same buffer used on the AK's work on the Saiga-12. I use the green buffer on my 12, I have pictures and installation instructions to install a buffer on a S-12 posted on my web site. Hope this helps.

I have (2) RSA SAR-3 (Universal- fits all except Saiga and Vepr .308) trigger groups that I took in on trade tonight, one has been installed but not actually used and the other does not apear to have ever been installed. I just received some preview pics of the new railed AK upper that is soon to come from TDI. This one has about a 5" rail and they are working on one that will have a full length rail back to the rear sight. I am told this will be available in about 2 months. I rather suspect I will be one of the first to get them once they are available.

I've had a bit of problems with the hard black buffers being too hard and cracking at the top, I've switched to a slightly more flexiable black material now and will be glad to swap it out for you if you will send the cracked one back to me. I'll give you a green one if you would prefer.
