A friend of mine (former Navy) pointed out that the impact was just behind the forward missile battery, which I had noticed. If it had impacted the battery, would they have exploded, due to munitions and/or fuel? I don't know what status the missiles are in when not in-combat.

From what I've seen from mugshots lately, most of the criminals already have face and neck tattoos. I'd be seriously tempted to just go ahead and lock up many of the people who have face tattoos already. To clarify- you guys know what "jailhouse" tattoos look like. Yeah, those guys. I was about to exclude football players with the "tribal" tats, but many of them should be locked up too.
