Yeah, these aren't "Communists." Nothing that evil to be found here. These are "Progressives," and "Forward Thinkers" and "Freedom Lovers." What really bothers me is that they have now set a firm precedent for all future elections. I bought a CX4, 9mm fairly soon after they first came out. Love it! It does have a bit of a kick from that big bolt, but I really do enjoy it. I also like having 3 rail choices, the retractable one under the barrel is a very nice feature, imo. I wish more carbines had one. Enjoy!

I don't know which ones for certain, but in many states you will probably be charged if you shoot someone who is fleeing, if they aren't shooting at you at the time. A Police Officer can, if the person fleeing poses a clear and immediate danger to the officer or the public.
