      It's called devils night Chile and it was actually started right here in Detroit. It's the night before Halloween. Detroit is the #1 arson capitol of the USA and is under constant study. Burning ones house, club, bar, business, etc...is a way of giving the person a heads up that there heads on a list and they've pissed someone off. I could right for hours about this. Detroit-the last stop for old school real fireman.
