looking at mine maybe he can break out the dreamel and go to town on the spots pinching the carrier. The fun never ends with these guns LOL!

i have a UTG chi-com copy do you have pics. of yours maybe shiming the pinch point with thin washers so it cannot pinch so hard

ApexTac H&K Style 416 rail mount sights found them on Ebay they are for air soft guns but works good for a shoot gun build! I had to mod them abit on the belt sander to get them to fit right but I like them. Just need a cheek rest and a red dot scope as is sights are to high to use affectively

think you can do the bolt polish and profile yourself I just did works great have faith in yourself and most of all have fun

I finished my conversion last week and test fired it this weekend. I cannot thank youall enough for this forum and the info on here my gun fires so well thanks to fallowing the threads and taking my time on my conversion. css conversion kit tapco stock ergo grip tom cole gas piston css puck css trigger gaurd UAG quad rail cannot wait for TAC 47 magwell

ok tell me more about what internals did you use the shepards crook or css retaining plate and maybe check BHO and make sure all the springs are in the right place

ebay got 8 for 8 with shipping had to cut two of them run my buffer over them and smothed out the sharp edge
